How can I arrange a tour?

To schedule a tour, simply reach out to our Social Services Director. From there we will find a time that works best for you.

How many beds does your facility have?

We are a 38 bed facility with 22 private rooms and 8 semi private rooms. Our Assisted living is a 16 bed facility with 2 double rooms.

Does the facility provide transportation to and from resident appointments?

Absolutely, we have transportation services from 8am-4pm Monday-Friday. We help assist in scheduling residents appointments.

Yes, the Wisner Care Center works with the Veterans Administration to provide a safe and comfortable living facility for veterans. If you are not sure about eligibility contact us or the Veterans Administration.

What is the difference between the skilled nursing side and the assisted living?

On the skilled nursing side residents receive more one on one care and help with everyday necessities. On the assisted living side the residents are independent and get helped with medications, meals, and activities.
